Easy-to-make meat sauce

This is a quick easy-to-make meat sauce, useful to fix an excellent lasagna.
I don’t think you might find an easier one the web!


INGREDIENTS for 4 people


400 g of minced meat

1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 1 carrot, some parsley leaves

1 cup dense tomato

1/2 glass of white whine

1/2 vegetable broth

optional: some pieces of dried mushrooms

extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, nutmeg


 Put in a blender onion, garlic, parsley, chopped carrot

Lightly fry in a pan the whole chopped veggies

Add the minced meat in the pot, stir and sprinkle with 1/2 cup white wine

Add the tomato puree, stir, add half a cup of water or vegetable broth, a little salt, pepper and nutmeg and continue cooking for half an hour.
